Janet Schreier is happy. Not just a little bit happy but really, really happy.
Janet spent 23 years in the corporate world doing what others said was impossible. (A sabbatical? Yes!) She was rapidly promoted through the ranks to director where she played a key strategic role in many corporate areas like IT, R&D, and Quality... until her relationship with her boss became frustrating. As she says, “frustration leads to change.”
